Synopsis –

Thoughts –

I was so happy when I saw that Orlandi had written a smutty little holiday novella! After reading her first novel, Oathborn, I knew it would be amazing – and I was not disappointed! I found myself chuckling at the witty dialogue and blushing at the juicy scenes, thoroughly enjoying every moment of this delightful escape from reality.

It’s hard not to love the FMC, Mira. She’s plucky and has a genuine likability that draws readers in from the very first page. Her reactions to certain situations are not only relatable but also hilariously timed, making her a character that one can’t help but root for. Her no nonsense attitude is incredibly refreshing, providing a perfect balance to the often chaotic world around her. Furthermore, her interactions with the MMC, Victus, are fantastically written; every dialogue crackles with chemistry and tension. The way their personalities initially clash, creates an engaging dynamic that keeps readers on their toes. The evolution of their relationship is not only fun to read but deeply satisfying. And let’s not forget the smutty scenes; they are a delightful, steamy addition that elevates the romantic tension between them to a whole new level, leaving readers eagerly anticipating what will happen next.
